Two large kitchens plus a dining hall indoors and grand patio connect the homes & make for perfect dining, meeting & entertaining spaces. The Estate is your own private resort boasting a 50 ft pool, pond w/ waterfall, tennis, pickleball, putting green, hot tub, & much more!
Completely enclosed by a stone wall around the entire 27 acres, guests have exclusive use of the Estate. The main house boasts extensive porches, patios and a sunroom with large hot tub on the patio. Inside, the main floor layout features a kitchen, great room, dining room, parlor and 1/2 bath. The second & third floor comprise of 12 stunning bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the estate. Additionally, there is a guest laundry in the basement. The grand patio is perfect for large gatherings outside and connects the Main House to the Carriage house. The first floor of this cottage is home to a beautiful sunroom large entertaining kitchen, dining/conference space for 36, a half bath. and laundry facility. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property grounds make Green Gables truly special. Our spacious lawn with the grand swimming pool (open May-Sept), tennis / pickleball courts, golf tee boxes & putting green, firepit, disc golf, playground & playhouse and a host of other outdoor games and activities are only the beginning. Trails through the lovely woods brings you to our stream, pond and waterfall where arched bridges, a boathouse, and kayaks add to the fun. Back inside the Carriage Barn, a game room complete with billiards, ping pong, foosball, video games, basketball shoot and darts await! The barn also hosts our gym, theater, and yoga/multipurpose space.
Guests have exclusive and full access to the property and all the amenities except for the Owners area.
Green Gables requires the booking guest to be at least 25 years old and be onsite and have at least one positive review. An additional booking agreement is required.
Cars are recommended. Grocery, Pharmacy, restaurants, post office, gas and most services are all within 1 mile of the property.
Near Spectacular Buck Hill Falls, Skytop resort, Mt. Airy casino & golf resort, multiple ski resorts, Pocono Outlet shopping, and the lovely villages of Barrett township. The Estate sits central to the best of all that the Poconos entails.

This house was wonderful through and through. It had so many amenities for the entire family to enjoy, and was never a dull time. Very beautiful grounds and little surprises at every turn. Two words, "garden gnomes!"
WOW!!!! ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!! We can't say enough great things about Green Gables... it truly is a Gem and the photos simply do Not do it justice. We hosted our annual company retreat and had our employees (and their families...kids & dogs) stay for 2 nights. Devin and his professional team of hosts were ON-POINT in every aspect. The have outfitted their property / home with literally everything you can think of! Considering how large the home is, as well as how big the overall property is and also how many amenities it has, we did NOT have to reach out to them NOT 1 TIME to assist with anything, which is VERY impressive in my book! The house itself, while very old, was immaculate and super clean! Everything was provided and we did not need to bring anything! We are already planning booking this house again for our annual retreat.... you can't go Wrong... Thanks Devin & Team... You guys were Fantastic!

wow! this home exceeded our expectations!!! there is so much to do on the grounds, no need to book any other off ground activities. we spent 3 days here and didn't want to leave. it is fully private! the host are super nice!!! I want to rate it a 10 star!!! definitely want to return again!. it was our best vacation ever!! we fully recommend it to others!!! also the home is fully stocked with whatever you possibly can need or want on a vacation! games, kitchen utensils, first aid kits sports equipment, etc. everything is clear and labeled! we can't wait to come back again! the haber family
